AeroStrength CHEST PRESS / BACK ROW
The Chest Press/Pull targets the Upper Chest
(Clavicular Pectoralis Major) and Lower Chest
(Sternal Pectoralis Major). It also targets the
Triceps (back of upper arms) and the Latissimus
Dorsi and Rhomboids (back muscles).
The Pectorals consist of two muscle groups,
Clavicular (upper) and Sternal (lower) fibers.
The Pectorals are used to draw the shoulders and arms forward and inward. The Tricep is a three headed muscle at the rear of the upper arm, it is used to extend the arms at the elbow joint.
The Latissimus Dorsi are muscles that cover the lower back around the side of the chest wall and assist in the backward pull. They are used to pull the arms downward and backward.
